Hi, As you have formatted the device in FAT32 File system it is common that FAT32 doesn't support a file that is larger than 4GB. To solve this format again your device with NTFS File System selected on the menu whatever method you are using.

When I power on my laptop (Acer 5742G) I found there is no HDD LED activity, no BIOS welcome message, Nothing is on the display. But the Power LED is continuously on. Exhaust fan was running. Dont know what's the problem. I've checked my HDD by attaching into another laptop and it is working good.
