I have the total security bitdefender suite and is an incredible solution.
However if you don't want to spend money or you are curious they offer a free version:Bitdefender free.
Tried that too.Has the same engines and tehnologies but lacks some gimmicks and is highly automated...not much to set...
If it's on Android there are apps that do that...or they have access to your Facebook account...Change your password and check your phone privacy (witch apps are allowed to do what).
Try some rescue environments:Bitdefnder rescue cd , kaspersky rescue cd
You could also try Kaspersky's virus removal tool:http://
For the removal tool remember to check to scan for already loaded modules.
Search the web regarding your infection(the tools should provide you with info about the...
Only one security suite at a time.I recommend on keeping only Bitdefender.Any other security suite is likely to eat memory for nothing and can create compatibility issues.
You may want however something like keyscrambler or sandboxie. Those are useful in certain situations.
In case it was a virus on the respective computer(maybe the info was stolen before you had Kaspersky or God knows)I suggest using the Kaspersky rescue disk and Bitdefender's one.
You should really replace your credit card so that the stolen info is invalid and won't be used for further purchases.
I don't know it has been mentioned but Bitdefender has a free version with ,protection wise,is as good as the paid ones.I have 3pc's 2 have Bitdefender paid and the other one has the free version. Also it's quite lightweight.
