Found the solution. One of my programs was using ` as a hotkey. Hence it could not be used

Yup it still doesn't work on the on screen keyboard. Tried uninstalling all keyboards in device manager in safe mode. still doesnt work

I recently realised that my button beside 1 is not working on my HP pavilion dv6 laptop. Tried plugging in 3 different keyboards and the same key is not working. The On screen keyboard cant type out that key as well. Tried looking for solutions but did not found a problem similar to mine. Any...
