Actually sorry the HDMI 3 interface says audio only on it. I thought it was the same thing. Anyway it used to work perfectly fine on my older TV which was only 4 years old.

Thanks for your reply. Hdmi 3 input on the receiver has arc support. Even has a label. This is what is connected to the TV.
