the Smart STB app on my samsung smart tv it has Virtual MAC address ( that u give it to iptv provider) it's keep changing by it self I don't know why

thank you but really even if the Router reset to default or hard reset its still not asking I get crzy I thought maybe I am connecting with another internet or my tv inside a ghost!! but why in website of the Router the number of connection 1 not 2 becuase i use my mobile and my smart tv
