guys I am connecting my samsung smart tv to the internet by ethernet cable its working great and watching youtube and but the storage thing is didn't ask me to enter the wifi password even if i reset the router

If you're connecting to the router via an ethernet cable, you're not using the WiFi.
It won't ask for the password.

but really even if the Router reset to default or hard reset its still not asking
I get crzy I thought maybe I am connecting with another internet or my tv inside a ghost!!
but why in website of the Router the number of connection 1 not 2
becuase i use my mobile and my smart tv

Because it is a physical connection, direct to your router. It is presumed that the device is inside your home.
WiFi needs a password, because it could be your neighbor, or some random person outside.

Yes, that LED is supposed to be blinking. It signifies that data is moving back and forth.
