    Solved! Acer Aspire E15 stuck in shut down mode for over 30 minutes, won't completely shut off. What do I do?

    Does not have a removable battery. I did hold down the power button but. It keeps asking to shut down. When I do it won't completely shut off. No updates can go through until this is solved.
