Solved! Acer Aspire E15 stuck in shut down mode for over 30 minutes, won't completely shut off. What do I do?

Help please. Laptop stuck in shut down mode for over 30 minutes. What do I do?

Remove the battery should stop it. Also, have you tried holding the power button until it shuts down?

Does not have a removable battery. I did hold down the power button but. It keeps asking to shut down. When I do it won't completely shut off. No updates can go through until this is solved.

Then leave it on until it dies. Recharge and see if it is back to normal.
Does that laptop have a reset button on it?
