    in your tablet don't have important data you can reboot your tablet. switch off your tablet after you Press Start + Home + vol. up button same time den you reboot your tab. try this

    My Samsung tablet will not turn on.

    Switch off your tablet. Then press Start + Volume + Home button at the same time. choose reboot option after rebooting update your OS. try that but you will lose your data in your tablet.
