Honestly, in your situation I would look at the Audio Technica ATR-2100 USB/XLR, (https://goo.gl/vaeCTC). It's a dynamic microphone which is made to eliminate background noise, and it also doesn't even require 40v phantom power

the HyperX Cloud headsets/QPAD QH-90 are based on the Takstar Pro80 which are better headphones than the Sennheiser HD 518, you would be downgrading.

Are you saying that you're keeping the same GPU? I doubt you'd be able to get 60fps at that resolution with a HD 7770.

You're not going to have much success with that CPU, but you could use something like OBS or Game DVR and record at 360-480p, or you could go for something like a GTX 750 Ti and use Shadowplay which will barely use any of your CPU.

I don't know what you mean when you say 'closed cups', but the Astro A50 is closed back, the same as the HyperX Cloud headsets. I haven't used the Astro A50, but judging from the price tag, I'd hope that it would blow the HyperX Cloud headsets away. The mic on the HyperX Cloud II is really good...

Takstar Pro80's are excellent, they're what the HyperX Cloud and Qpad QH headsets are based on. I have the semi-open version of the Pro 80's (HI-2050) which the Qpad QH-85 is based on and although they are semi-open, they still block a lot of noise and are quite a bit cheaper than the Pro80...
