Hello. I bought a new Asus Vivobook flip 14, model TP420IA, however I can't seem to turn on the backlit keyboard, F7 responds as usual but it won't light on. It took me a while to find the user manual but it didn't solve anything for me. I'll appreciate advice/suggestions to proceed. Thanks
