I don't find these options in my Smartphone. I even changed the Smartphone language from Hebrew to English and didn't found these options.

Hello. I've a Xiaomi Redme 6A, and I've an annoying problem: Every time I want to turn on or off Wi-Fi, or use the smartphone, the Bluetooth is turned on by itself and Cellular Data turning off by itself. What causing this problem? MIUI Global 11.0.8 (PCBMIXM) 11.0.8.0 Android 9 PPR1.180610.011

I tried the same videos at 1080p60 through Pale Moon, and they worked fine without picture freezing. So it don't looks like related to my PC specifications. And yes, my display adapter supports 1080p, which is the native resolution of my Samsung SyncMaster T220P LCD display.
