I'm not using software, just sending an email using gmail. And sometimes it makes it more readable to BOLD, UNDERLINE, OR USE ITALICS. All of these I used to do simply by holding down the control key, and pressing the appropriate key (B, U, or I). Now, it suddenly stopped working. Any ideas?

I used to press ctl + b, after selecting a sentence, to bold the whole sentence. Now it doesn't work! How do I get it back?

I checked in my computer/properties and it said RAM=0.99 GB, but should we unscrew the memory on bottom of laptop and look see?

I have an HP Pavilion dv4000 with XP, but that's ok because I don't use it for internet. I do want to upgrade the memory, it only has 0.99 GB Ram. Can I do this? What do I ask for?
