No. Those are not gaming laptops. You may be able to find a used or discontinued model with dedicated graphics that can play some games at lower settings.

If they wanted to let you use it without getting permission or for free there would not be a password. It would say 'open' instead of 'secure'.

Your only option for a gaming laptop in that price range is a used one from Ebay or Craigslist. Newegg may have a refurbished laptop.

Back in the day (lol) they used to put 2 woofers but only one was actually wired. The other just sat there and shared the same resonance chamber and relied on the wired woofer to create the bass. The drone just bounced from the woofers vibrations. It actually enhanced the bass some.

One of the key factors to help determine value is the condition of the foam type ring on the woofers that attach the cone to the frame. If it's old and cracked value drops badly. Is the other a woofer also or a drone?

It won't make any difference unless the PSU does not get air. As long as the PSU gets air it's fine on the floor.

You need to replace the whole unit with a cooler master Hyper 212 EVO or Cryorig H7. Stock AMD coolers are not very good.
