    Zero I edited post didn't saw first time 950 is with ddr3 memory. For gaming better to go with 860. For other purposes main factor is price. About your second question 770 is judging by benchmarks better card. Best luck!

    Those cards are pretty on pair on the field of performance with small 860 lead. On the other side 950 is newer generation with more ram. But with gddr5 860 is better for gaming. So if you intend to game go with 860. Best luck whatever you choose!
