Is if possible for me to upgrade my acer e1 531 processor to intel pentium 2030m processor

I have an acer laptops aspire e1 531 which was working fine but not now it refuse to charge or on and I disassemble the laptop and I saw that the black wire of the power jack has cut then I fix it couple back the laptop plug the charger and I did not receive any response please how can I fix it
