Dell CEO: WP7 Easier to Develop For Than Android

I'd have to agree with Michael Dell. I've developed in C, C++, Java, and C#. The overall best experience is C# with Visual Studio in my opinion. When developing vanilla Java with Eclipse, I actually really liked it. It has a few things that really made developing in Java nice. Many things that I...

So Who is Left Still Working at Infinity Ward?

This looks like the dream situation for a lot of developers. The "if I started my own company, I'd make an all-star team with such, such, and such." If that is what happened here, then whatever game the create first should be pretty sweet.

    Rechargeable Batteries Test

Where's the note about fast charging vs. slow charging? After a fast 15 minute charge, the Energizers don't work for hardly anytime. But after a good 6 hour charge, they can last me a whole wedding reception blasting a professional level flash. Now, the Eneloops are better for sure which we also...

Google’s Other Tools: The Good and the Bad

Can't say I fully agree with Google Checkout. It is useful to have, but it severely lacks in features. Try to send an invoice by email with any formatting. It works, but it certainly could use an upgrade in feature area. Especially now that it isn't cheaper than PayPal for the average person.

Samsung Wave: Super AMOLED, 720p, 1GHz CPU

JohnnyLuckyThe industry is getting carried away with trying to pack in as many features and applications as possible. What I would like to know is how is the sound quality for a plain old ordinary telephone call? No kidding. It seems like the phone portion of all these new devices are just one...

Heroic BlackBerry Stops Bullet, Saves Woman

In many states, it is illegal to carry a firearm into a place that serves alcohol, which includes most restaurants. Not that the location had anything to do with the situation here (unless he was drinking which is plausible). Proper handling and precaution would have avoided this, but I am sure...

Toyota: If Your Car Speeds Up, Keep Driving

Toyota is the king of lean. If you are a Lean Master, you know the safety and test aren't value add =) But yes it sucks. Especially since many people have died from this issue.

BBC to Put Out Top Gear, Doctor Who Games

I love Top Gear. The hosts are what really make it though. Not sure how the functional parts of the show will work in the video game. With games like Gran Turismo (if it ever comes out), it will have a hard time pulling in the numbers I think. I'm glad BBC America is stepping up the game and...

    Review: Four NAS Machines

Good article. Obviously these commercial solutions are nice. For pure interest sake, I'd love to see a NAS DIY build thrown in to see performance and usability comparisons. A lot of us have spare stuff around to build one minus the hard drives. Thanks for the review though.

Public Firefox 3.6 Beta Expected Tomorrow

I'd love to go back to FF. I was all about it in the 2.0 days. FF3 just didn't play well with my computers at work. Long startup times and occasional crashing. Chrome definitely has me happy with its pure speed and clean look, but it just doesn't have all the plug-ins like FlashBlock and it...

    Review: Sony PS3 Slim

You need to fix the link to the old review. If you are coming from Tom's Guide in the US, it just redirects you to the main site since Digital Versus must be the UK version.

    Motorola's iPhone Killer Specs Leaked

Companies don't even need an iPhone "killer". All that they need is something pretty much like the iPhone except that it isn't tied to ATT. The Pre and HTC phones have pretty good capabilities, but none have reached iPhone levels. Maybe this will be the phone. Who knows. If a high quality phone...
