Hello, I have recently bought the Steelseries Sibera V2 headset and my computer will only play stereo sound when they are plugged in (rear audio jacks) rather than the 7.1 surround sound that is advertised. I am using Windows 8.1 and my front audio jacks do not detect any sort of headset at all...
