hi, i replaced the rtcbut still the problem showing. the problem is when i turn on the laptop a error message shows says rtc battery is low

how do i know RTC is charging i have toshiba satellite c850D-104 and i have a problem with RTC, so i heard to fix it u have to charge it. how con i charge it? please help
