how do i know RTC is charging i have toshiba satellite c850D-104 and i have a problem with RTC, so i heard to fix it u have to charge it. how con i charge it? please help

It depends on the problem you are having. However, in some cases, the battery just won't charge anymore and needs to be replaced.

hi, i replaced the rtcbut still the problem showing. the problem is when i turn on the laptop a error message shows says rtc battery is low

Depending on the state of the original battery, it may have been corroded and actually done damage to the surrounding are (wires, connections, etc.) If that is the case, then it will need to be cleaned up before the new battery will be able to register and charge correctly. Unless the damage is to extensive and other things need replacing.
