Are you monitoring temperatures? Do you have any windows updates available? Do you have "high performance" enabled in Windows?

Assuming you've tried alternate USB devices connected to that port? It's entirely possible the port is fried. USB ports do tend to have the ability to switch themselves off to protect the device (incase a device is sending voltage back to the port), but a restart should revive them.
