    Solved! My mum’s laptop is having a problem and a lot of her keys aren’t working. The only keys that’s work are the numbers, letters, capital lock, and tab. P

    Use a external USB keyboard/Ps2, If it works then it means the laptop keyboard is broken! I hope it helps!
