Yeah, no idea what happened. Laptop is right under 3 years old and rarely used. Never dropped it and always used on a fan cooling pad. I will try to reseat the the HDD and see if anything changes. Going with ACER/Asus next time.

Greetings, I have a HP Pavilion g6 2228tx, and it wouldn't turn on one day. I pushed the power button, and the power button LED flashes once but nothing else. No screen, no fan, no HDD sound, no BIOS, nothing. When AC adapter is plugged in, the charging LED is lit. What I have done so far...
