The above choice is an excellent one, but I would definitely try to get an SSD if you can. It improves boot/load time tremendously and just generally makes your whole system feel a lot faster.

For the equivilent of £700 (if google serves me correctly) that seems quite a low end laptop. Could do with 8GB ram, an SSD, etc. Obviously you're budget can't accommodate for everything but it should fetch a bit more than that imo, but i don't know if prices are much higher in india or...
