For the equivilent of £700 (if google serves me correctly) that seems quite a low end laptop. Could do with 8GB ram, an SSD, etc. Obviously you're budget can't accommodate for everything but it should fetch a bit more than that imo, but i don't know if prices are much higher in india or something, assuming you're buying there. Also, largely depends on what you're using it for.
