I'm not sure what Blue Stacks is, but I'm guessing Blue Stacks is slowing down your computer, and you have a fairly weak computer. What I advise doing is pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete all at the same time on the keyboard, and a screen will open up on windows 7, towards the bottom of the list click...

Also windows already takes up all most 1GB of RAM, so 2GB will defiently help you out.

More RAM will help you run a ton more stuff, 2GB of RAM is what I would go for, slightly slower clock speeds if it's the same CPU shouldn't effect performance too much but it may be a little slower on one-on-one performance. It's kinda up to you. Personally I would go for RAM, because if you use...
