    Laptop is in middle of factory reset but wont work correctly

    I tried factory reseting my acer laptop, but it keeps restarting and it won't restart correctly. What should I do?

    My RCA tablet will turn on but only stays on the RCA screen with the dogs. Plus the screen goes black every once and a while f

    My RCA tablet turns on but only to the RCA loading screen with the dogs. The screen goes black for about 5 seconds every once and a while but then goes back to the RCA screen. And nothing works even though the tablet is fully charged. Please Help.
