    Reset my toshiba l305d-s5895 to factory settings.

    Holding down 0. Did not work. I did not receive recovery disk when purchased. I have backed up all my files. I can't do any thing in normal Windows mode. I can only operate in safe mode. I tried tapping f8 and f12. It doesn't let me reset without a cd. Thanks
