Is there a huge difference in battery life between i5-4310M vs i7-4710MQ ?

Ideal requirements: i5/i7 processor, 1TB hard drive, 15 inch or above screen, long battery life, good dedicated graphics card (like Nvidia), DVD/disk drive, enough RAM (for my tasks above) and below £650. I'd say my primary use would be to do general stuff like watch videos, movies, do work...
