I have recently put together my first barebones laptop system. I used an MSI Whitebook, model MS-1763, with an i7 4800mq and 8 GB of RAM. I put it all together, and well, it won't start. The power light comes on, the fan spins up, and it just... sits there. It will stay on as long as it has...
