So basically my question is what does dell do if the computers parts fried and as a result damaged the rest of the computer making it repairable? Do they just send it back or replace it or what?

So I downloaded GTA 5 and had no issues, till i started trying some mods which essentially broke my game so i reinstalled. Now when im at the loading screen with all the game pictures after a couple minutes, my game crashes. This is the error im getting Faulting application name: GTA5.exe...

"Windows automatically allots RAM to the processes it needs it. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game, making sure that all your drivers are up to date, and check that there isn't some other program on your computer eating memory up." Tries all those already didn't help

I have a new laptop with 16 Gb ram 4 GB AMD Radeon R5 M335 (on board intel Hd graphics 520) i7 6500u @2.50 ghz 2.59 ghz I cant even run CSGO on ultra low, where i reach about 20 FPS. IS there a way to dedicate more RAM to a program or is there a flaw in my computer? What should I Do?
