Solved! Help pics cloud???
How do I get my photos off my old Samsung and have them put on my new one. They can't be lost. The Roger's guy said they are on a cloud. I have tried all methods to retrieve them but the aren't there. Where are they? Please help!!!! Damsel in distress here!- bonniekarpiak
