How do I get my photos off my old Samsung and have them put on my new one. They can't be lost. The Roger's guy said they are on a cloud. I have tried all methods to retrieve them but the aren't there. Where are they? Please help!!!! Damsel in distress here!

The only way they would be on a cloud is if you had them saved to it. If you didn't do so, either directly or having the phone synced to save automatically, then they aren't there. This means they would only be on the older phone.

You would then need to be able to access the old phone.
