Thanks. The problem is the TV wizard isn’t recognising that a connection is in place. It says “insert a network cable into the TV” and then returns to main menu. Maybe a faulty cable but as it runs through the house to the router I hope not! Would this cause the TV not to recognise it? Thanks

Hi. have a new sky q router (but not q box) so we can use fibre broadband. Samsung (UE55 KS7000) connects s fine by wifi but TV does not recognise that an ethernet cable is plugged in so won't let me into the "Wired Connection" menu. Cable connected fine and port from router flashes away when...
