if you have a A10 chip I think you have to match the video on the chip with a matching video card to use both at the same time. it could be just a driver for your chip? i'm using my in-board video with my tv hdmi and works fine {i don't have 2 connected at the same time}

Can you just keep it simple and connect your Satellite ,Blue Ray to your HDMI IN and use your Digital Audio Out (Optical) from your TV to your Receiver TV Digital Audio (Optical) IN and will need to turn on the Receiver when you want to hear any thing in surround sound mode.

format the usb if you can to exFat and transfer MP4 movies , it should say on your Manuel for that TV what it will read my Sony will read MP4's

try other cords or maybe check dvd player to another tv , just make sure , my sony dvd blue ray will auto start playing on my sony tv with out any selection . your dvd might not be supported to that tv.

my sony will not pick up my usb on ntfs , i can't tell you off hand because my usb is not in my pc but when i did formatted the disk it was i think exfat {spell some thing like that} not the fat32 {but you can try} once i formatted i was able to load mp4 movies and my tv sony pick it right up.
