    @MusenMouse The specs are: Dell xps 15 9560 x64 based pc, Intel core i7-7700hq cpu @2.80ghz with 16gb ram. Windows 10 home edition.

    @rgd1101 My internet and mbps are around 100mbps so I don't think it is an internet problem :/

    My brand new high spec laptop is really slow. Videos on facebook and many sites are so slow and social media feeds and things take ages to load.
