    Alienware or Acer

Acually that is the exact same price range that I'm looking at. I am in the US so you'll have to find the same model on another website but this ASUS looks awesome. http://www.amazon.com/A53SV-XE1-15-6-Inch-Versatile-Entertainment-Laptop/dp/B0052D5BY0 It has a Quad core i7, a 540m GPU, and 6...

Is Acer still a bad company?

Since there is no Computer store anywhere near me I am going to avoid the Acer so I don't have to deal with a crappy build. Will the ASUS with the i5 run GTA 4?

Is Acer still a bad company?

But then I would have to go with a dual core processor. I need a quad core processor for certain games and unfortunately that Acer was the only one I found at that price. ASUS doesn't offer anything with a quad core processor at that price

Is Acer still a bad company?

I was looking for a cheap gaming computer and I decided the Acer AS5750g was the best at the price range, but I have heard really bad things about Acer. So is it worth going with Acer for the i7 or should I go with a similar Asus I was looking at with a dual core i5. Here is the Acer...

    Portable gaming laptop recommendation please

The M11x is even more portable but you lose the good graphics card for a slower one and would play most of those game at medium graphics, but you could still play Portal and Cod at high.

    Solved! Gaming laptop help

The Alienware m18x is awesome, but it will have horrible battery life and it is a really big laptop. Otherwise it would preform really well. Have you looked at any othe Toshiba's Qosimos or Asus's G series laptops yet? They are much more affordable that a M18x and they might have better battery...

    Alienware or Acer

That Acer would play all (Or at least most) of those games at max settings. The Alienware is using an old Core 2 duo running at just above 1 GHZ while the Acer is using a new Sandy Bridge Core i5. Also the 540M will perform better than any card in that Alienware just because the Alienware is...

Thanks EDIT: On second thought, Is anything From XoticPC or CyberPC any good? Those both have cheaper...
