    * There is no scrolling there. * Nothing happens when I click "Enter Key". It's not "clickable". In the past, there was a field for the serial number below. Now it's gone :P *she formatted :)

    I bought a copy of Paint Shop Pro X. At first, I activated it from the trial version and everything went well. Then the computer went through formatting. Now every time I download the program, no matter from where, I cannot put in the serial number. It looks like this:
