    None of the computers were Windows 10, they were all Windows 7.

    Just did that a few minutes ago, same results, so its not the cable. Its pretty hard to get a PCI USB 1.1 (just because I'm assuming that PCIE 1.1 doesn't exist), so I'm gonna try with PCIE 2.0 first and hope for the best.

    UPDATE I got it working on some desktops, but only old ones. Tested like 10 computers so far, if the computer is old, everything works well, if its newer - malfunction, regardless if its a notebook or a desktop. Starting to suspect some sort of weird USB compatibility issue. The next step is...
