I have 3 Dell Inspiron 3531's that out of the box will not charge the batteries. I have tried everything I have found in the forums, and nothing so far has worked. The batteries all read 0% and the laptop says it is charging the batteries, but it stays at 0% and if you unplug the power adapter...
