back up and do a fresh reinstall set it back to factory setting sounds like you have a virus on there somewhere

Hi go into control panel then device manager click on sound you should then see High definition audio device Right click on that then click on update driver software you must be conected to the internet to do this it should find the drivers for you and install them hope this helps you

i think you need to do a fresh install instead of usingthe recovery partition or you can try downloading sp3 put it on a disk then install from the disk
