I suspect it is the RAM but running the Windows Memory Diagnostics tool gave clean results. Every time I get a BSOD, it gives errors that indicate a memory/VRAM error but I am not sure. How do I make sure that it is a Hardware issue and not the software/OS. My PC is clean, I only use Photoshop...

you didn't mention a budget either way check out ASUS's ROG and MSI maybe this you'll like...

I would suggest you get a console (Ps4) instead. you won't get anything worth gaming on (laptop-wise) within that budget. Either way, you should look at custom laptop makers in your area such as clevo, etc. http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/custom-built-laptops/
