Hello all of my files changed to .losers file extension and I can't access any of them can anyone help me restore my files? I've tried a lot of different things

I tried the links above haven't had any luck unlocking my encrypted files from the .losers files. I started my entire os over. but my files still have the .losers extension and i cant use any of them. i need a randsomeware decrypter for the .losers files to get them unlocked
