hello Considering a 6inch Female3.5mm Stereo Jack/Two Male 3.5mm Stereo(Headphone + MIC) Plug Cable, how to modify the MIC 3.5mm plug so it becomes technically a HEADPHONE 3.5mm plug? What is difference between these 2 plugs so that I can't use them like a stereo SPLITTER? Thanks Simon
