Is it good enough to handle all games in future?

the fx 8320E is stronger than the i3, but i don't recommend it. If you're sticking around the price of a fx 8320E set, and you don't mind a locked chip, just go with an i5 4460 and a h97 motherboard. Parts together should be similar to the 8320E and whatever board you were planning probably...

Which is the best Gaming Laptop?

As far as I'm aware, not many laptops have an overclocking feature. Most laptop hardware are locked. You'd have to look at some even higher priced stuff for overclockable stuff. I would suggest that gigabyte at the bottom or the m5 pro with the 980m if we're strictly speaking hardware...

Do i need amp/soundcard?, and should i get the M50x headset or DT990 Pro?

if your'e going to go big with the headsets, you probably should get a sound card to maximize the quality of the headsets.

PC turn off and on timer

If you're having a hard time sleeping, try just turning it off an hour earlier than when you'd normally sleep, then just take it easy for 30mins to an hour and try sleeping then. Otherwise, you could just do what you want to through the bios I believe.

Playing games off an external hard drive on a laptop

Yes, you can play games off an external hard drive. Doesn't really matter what kind of port it has, but the usb 3.0 will give you a decent speed.

Looking for better headphones/headset than the Siberia v2

I'd just look at some of the ASUS Xonar cards or something around the 50$ price range if you don't want to spend too much on this. There are still some cards that you can probably find that are decent under that price. I suggest maybe just reading some reviews online for different cards that'll...

Looking for better headphones/headset than the Siberia v2

One thing you could do is just buy a dedicated sound card that'll have drivers for you to tweak so you can make them sound better maybe. It is a bit more work for sure.

    Edit video without rendering?

Yes, you'd still most likely have to render it since its part of the combining process and what not, at least from as far as I'm aware. The other way I can think of is to just record whatever you're doing and that's still a rendering processes as is.

    Setup two PC stream

Your capture card would probably do most of the work... As for your new build, you could probably just stream off that without a huge frame drop even without the capture card.

Will this laptop run Skyrim at high/medium settings with mods?

2gb is enough for running mods. You'll still have system RAM that'll double up on it. As for the ENB, you'll need a gpu with a bit more juice. You could probably get a laptop from the same line with a stronger gpu for roughly the same price on newegg, if they ship to you.

    Anti virus or security required?

You could just use microsoft's antivirus/firewall thing. I mean it's at least something. I suggest getting an antivirus/firewall just to be on the safe side.

Razer Blade 14 VS. Dell XPS 15 - Need Help!

If you're doing some rendering stuff as school work, then it's more justifiable. But, if you have to choose between those two, go with blade if you absolutely need the screen quality, the smaller screen with the same resolution does output a better image. The xps outputs the same resolution...

Razer Blade 14 VS. Dell XPS 15 - Need Help!

If you're just going to be playing light games like minecraft, just go with a cheaper laptop. A 500$ laptop can play minecraft pretty decently on integrated graphics. You probably can play minecraft decently on a 400$ laptop.

    Problem with Headset..

Have you tried going into windows sound settings or whatever audio thingy you're using to boost the mic?
