    Looking for a really cheap laptop for school

    You might have luck buying used on eBay, but I don't know about Counter strike. I couldn't even reliably run it 1080p on Intel HD Graphics 530 (i5-6600K). A dedicated GPU would be necessary for gaming.

    Is there any system setting or something in Device Manager that tells me if my touchscreen laptop supports a pressure sensitive stylus? Basically if its Wacom or not. My laptop: ASUS Q524uQ

    Best Mini PCs 2015

    The Voyo V3 seems pretty good. 128GB SSD, an Intel Atom X7, 4GB RAM, and its really really small and thin for $200.
