How do I see if my laptop supports a stylus? Wacom?

Is there any system setting or something in Device Manager that tells me if my touchscreen laptop supports a pressure sensitive stylus? Basically if its Wacom or not.

My laptop: ASUS Q524uQ

There are plenty of Chinese tablets that I know that have stylus support, e.g. ChuWi Hi12 or Cube i7 Stylus
