Fixed it! It was a driver problem. https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/fix-realtek-high-definition-audio-driver-issue-for-windows-10/ Doing Option 1 and installing it fixed it. :) It sounds MUCH better with no cutting off but there is alot of backround/static
