This is a customers PC and I highly doubt that it is still in warranty

Hi I have an HP Entertainment PC Laptop that has a black screen when turned on. The lights on the keyboard/palmrest come on no problem (volume, muted speakers, red network light) I tried everything I could think of Hard Reset > removing the AC power and Battery, Holding Power button etc...
