Nope , when I altered the sound settings on the tv it goes down to minus then all the way back to max , doesn't make sense , so the volume does work up and down , so doesn't make sense , plus don't no how factory's settings works ??? -

My sound bar is stuck on maximum volume and the remote and the buttons on the sound bar are doing nothing help
